Return & Refund Policy

1. Digital Products

All digital products (including templates, downloads, courses, guides, and editable files) are final sale and non-refundable.

Due to the nature of digital content, once access has been granted or files have been delivered, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will not be issued under any circumstances.

Download Responsibility

Customers are responsible for downloading and securely saving their purchased files immediately after purchase.

We strongly recommend:

  • Downloading your files right away

  • Making a backup copy

  • Saving to cloud storage (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.)

Please note:

If a product is updated, replaced, discontinued, or removed from the website at any time, it will no longer be available for re-download.

We are not responsible for lost, deleted, or misplaced files.

2. Website Services & Consultations

All website services, setup services, consultations, and policy creation services are non-refundable.

Once payment is made, time and resources are immediately allocated to your project.

Website Information Deadline

Clients have 15 days from the date of purchase to submit all required content, login credentials, branding materials, and necessary information.

If required information is not submitted within 15 days:

  • The project will be considered abandoned

  • The website will be forfeited

  • No refunds will be issued

If a payment plan is selected, all payments must be completed as agreed.

3. Sublimation Paper (Physical Products)

All sublimation paper sales are final.

If your package arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

• You must first file a claim directly with USPS or UPS
• You must contact us within 3–5 business days of confirmed delivery
• Clear photos of the product and packaging must be provided

Failure to contact the shipping carrier first may result in denial of your claim.

We do not issue refunds for:

  • User error

  • Incorrect printer settings

  • Color profile issues

  • Pressing mistakes

  • Change of mind

If approved, we may offer:

  • Replacement product

  • Store credit
