Order Processing Time
All physical product orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
During launches, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended. Customers will be notified if significant delays occur.
Processing time is separate from shipping time.

Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
If an incorrect address is entered:

We are not responsible for packages shipped to the wrong address.

If the package is returned to us, the customer is responsible for paying re-shipping fees.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located:

You must contact the shipping carrier (USPS or UPS) first to file a claim.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked delivered.
If your package arrives damaged:

You must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.

You must notify us within 3–5 business days of delivery with photo proof.
Failure to file a carrier claim may result in denial of assistance.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
